Every woman has a built in gridle. All the muscles in the back and midsection help with the "uplift" of a women's breast. Of course, due to birthing and breast feeding, they begin to sag, but with the proper exercises targeting the Latissimus dorsi (in the back/side, under the arm), serratus anterior (near the chest, under the arm), the external oblique (near the abdomnal, on the side), and the rectus abdominis (better known as the abs), you can always keep yourself perky. Stay fit, beauties!
